apk88 is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides services to Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the apk88 platform, website, and all related services.

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on the apk88 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If it is found that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. apk88 is able to detect multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure. apk88 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing or providing account access to a third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the apk88 support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

apk88 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions via any other method are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (applicable for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will be processed through the same method used for the deposit (where possible). Identity verification may be required before each withdrawal. apk88 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency is not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at apk88 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the sum of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific expiry period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• If apk88 suspects bonus abuse or bonus hunting, apk88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is active, unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds may only be used in designated games or betting categories.

apk88 operates a loyalty program with four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Users are promoted to higher VIP tiers based on activity and regular participation. apk88 reserves the right to change VIP tiers and cashback benefits at its own discretion.

Cashback is generally credited weekly and may have its own wagering requirements. Cashback is not cash; it is provided as bonus credit.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

apk88 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. SSL encryption is used on the platform and all game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Use of any form of manipulation, software, or bots
• Exploiting game errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts
• Sharing account details with other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes

6.3 Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical fault or disconnection, apk88 will make a decision based on the last valid game state. In such cases, apk88's decision will be considered final.

apk88 allows betting on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, apk88 will refund or settle the bet amount according to its defined policy.
• Bets associated with match-fixing or any unfair advantage will be considered void.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time; the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.

As examples of betting markets: on a Bangladesh vs India match, you can bet on markets such as match winner, top batsman, or total runs — these are illustrative examples only.

8.1 Account Closure by apk88

apk88 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Failure to meet age eligibility
• Suspicion of money laundering

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may close their own account if they wish. To do so, contact [email protected]. It is important to withdraw available funds before closing the account. Bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.

8.3 Voluntary Break
